Bright Key offers a reliable, flexible and cost effective digital transcription service for all types of business documents or reports. Our background in the legal profession means we are particularly suited to transcription of Scottish legal documents, from court writs to conveyancing deeds. In creating the service our aim is to fit seamlessly into your own office system in the same way as an employed secretary or typing pool.



Simply send us your digital dictation file, by a method of your choosing, and wait for the typed document to be returned directly to your desktop. All transcription is carried out personally by a small group of typists, carefully selected for their honest, dependable and conscientious approach. All are experienced in transcription of legal documents. We operate a strict policy to protect the security and confidentiality of all files sent to us.

In creating our service we have focussed on keeping things simple and efficient, with minimal overheads. That way we can charge a rate which compares favourably to the cost of using employed secretarial staff. We work flexible hours and aim to return all work the same day, even if that involves our team working into the evening. We also offer a Priority service which ensures the transcription is given preference for rapid return.
